Scandal is Significant
By: Rodolfo Roman
It is sad to say, but it is amazing and explainable how the
United States media can give such in depth coverage for the
death of --playboy model and reality show star--Anna Nicole
Smith.
It seems like the death of one of our soldiers fighting in
Iraq and Afghanistan is less important than that of Smith,
who was involved in a court battle over Texas oil tycoon J.
Howard Marshal II before her departure from earth.
There are millions of people who suffer from depression and
take an ample amount of pills to calm their nerves. How flagrant
can it be that this woman overdosed on her sleeping pills
because she couldn’t take the pressure from us and her
immediate family. But, here is the question: Why does the
media give her death so much coverage? Why, because there’s
millions of dollars left and a motherless child, Dannielynn.
Poor little girl. May God take her out of this unnecessary
chaos.
It’s sad that an insignificant situation like Smith’s
death is even taken into consideration. See, when she was
alive everyone in the business looked at her as an easy target
to ridicule. Now, everyone seems to care. There are about
three men and Smith’s mother who want custody of Dannielynn.
I write about three men because that’s the number of
men who are trying to claim custody. Apparently, Smith froze
Marshal’s sperm, so that he could be the father; thus,
who will then have the money? Sad.
By the way, did you know that the United States intelligence
has said that Iran is supplying Shiite militias with some
of the most lethal weapon in the war in Iraq . The bombs have
killed more than 150 American soldiers.
Oh, sorry this is not important. Oh yea, back to Smith.
So now the Tribune of Nassau newspaper published a picture
today that shows Shane Gibson, Bahamian immigration minister,
yea mahn!, lying in bed with Smith. The picture shows them
acting flirtatious with each other.
God bless her soul, but how immoral and unladylike was this
woman? These men who claim to have had a relationship with
her and say they are the father of the child are just making
her reputation worse. The men and woman claiming money, I
mean custody, are Smith’s lawyer/companion, Howard K.
Stern, former boyfriend and photographer, Larry Birkhead ,
Prince Frederic von Anhalt, husband of Zsa Zsa Gabor and Smith’s
mom Vergie Arthur. Note to self: “I don’t know
who he or she is but I’ve heard of the name, Zsa Zsa
Gabor. Not part of my generation.”
Either way, back to the point I am trying to make, which is
this can easily be an episode from Jerry Springer just that
these trailer park people have money and have been bombarded
by cameras mostly their entire life. Why is it that Americans
are driven by plain and simple “trash”? This country
needs to change its standard and start reading the world section
instead of the entertainment because face it, no matter how
much you try to resolve the case, Smith died and whoever claims
the child won’t give you any money. So, save your saliva
and invest it in an educational and worth having conversation.
R.I.P.

I think when they say rest in peace, well; it should be taken
into consideration. |
